The Darden School of Business has an exciting opportunity for an administrative professional to join its team.

The Academic Operations Coordinator has direct responsibility for assisting a set of 8-12 faculty and administrative stakeholders in the coordination and management of degree program academic operations, logistics, administration and assessment.

The AOC also plays a critical role supporting faculty in the delivery of academic content, exams, and associated programming and logistics. An AOC reports to the Assistant Dean for the MBA Program but works most closely day to day with the faculty assigned to their desk, supporting these faculty in their efforts to prepare and deliver courses and assessment across both MBA degree programs, MBA, MBA for Executives (EMBA).

The AOC ensures the tactical decisions and initiatives that impact their faculty and their faculty's courses are communicated clearly, organized, and implemented appropriately. An AOC works closely with the First Year and Second Year Program Operations Coordinators to ensure the delivery of word class support and top tier MBA programming.
