The Darden School of Business has an exciting opportunity for a Researcher to join Darden's Institute for Business in Society.
This is a two year assignment, with an end date of August 31, 2019
The Researcher conducts literature reviews, library research, and quantitative research and data analysis in support of the Institute's faculty.
Collaborates with program directors and faculty to produce literature reviews and reports using scholarly and popular sources from multiple social scientific disciplines in support of scholarship on economic inequality.
Assists with the logistical aspects of the Resilience Awards program as needed, in order to ensure that the requirements of the program meet their desired objectives.
Assists the Communications Director with short Web site posts, blog posts, and other news articles and stories highlighting the research and programming of the Institute.
Collaborates with Institute staff and Faculty to write thought leadership pieces in various publications, explaining the relevance of business and society scholarship to real business and social problems.
Supervises student interns.
Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Ability to gather quantitative and qualitative data from multiple sources required
