The Darden School of Business has an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated individual to join its Admissions team.

The Assistant Director, Marketing and Admissions will support the Admissions team to attract high quality students to the Darden School of Business and build the Darden brand. We are seeking an energetic, effective and organized individual with demonstrated skills in marketing and communications including written communication, web-based applications (i.e. blogs, social media, website editing) and video.

Specific duties include:
Develop and monitor overall communications plan for admissions related content, primarily for prospective students across all MBA formats (MBA and Executive MBA).
Create engaging content to be used across marketing platforms owned by multiple Darden departments (e.g. website, blogs, publications, newsletters, e-mail, social media, and/or other online platforms).
Serve as a communications-focused liaison between Admissions and the Darden enterprise (e.g. Office of Communications & Marketing, Alumni Services, Career Development Center, etc.)
Collaborate with Darden's Office of Communication & Marketing to develop print publications and digital campaigns to attract high quality applicants and increase application volume.
Collaborate with the Admissions team and website content managers to ensure Admissions-owned website content remains accurate and current.
Collaborate with the Admissions team to deliver student focused webinars and web-based chat sessions for prospective and admitted students.
Provide ongoing marketing support as needed.
Represent Darden at various alumni and prospective student events, MBA forums/fairs and other events, including yield events.
Meet with prospective applicants and visitors to campus. Respond to prospective students' request for information.
Read and evaluate applications and conduct interviews for admission into the Darden School of Business.
Participate in committee review meetings to support final admissions decisions.

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Demonstrated written communication skills, organizational ability and a high level of comfort with technology.
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously and remain cognizant of deadlines and schedules.
