This position serves as the liaison between the university and outside clients and vendors for HDRBS. They will evaluate overall work performance to ensure product and service standards are maintained by external vendors. This position will review and provide recommendations for upgrades and new vendor solutions.


Minimum Qualifications: Minimum Requirements


Knowledge of computer system capabilities Business processes and workflow Ability to understand and apply software development lifecycle and project management techniques Demonstrated ability to review business process Bachelor's degree or 3-5 years related experience
