Adjunct Instructor of English Composition and Speech
Iowa Wesleyan University maintains a pool of individuals who are interested in teaching for the university on an adjunct basis in various disciplines. Iowa Wesleyan University is currently accepting applications for the position of Adjunct English Composition and Speech Instructor. This is a part-time, semester-to-semester contracted position beginning in August 2017.
Position Summary: This position will be responsible for teaching Composition courses and/or Speech/Public Speaking courses. Instructor(s) may be needed for first-year and upper-level compensation and creative writing courses as well as a speech course that is in the Wesleyan Studies general education program.
Required Qualifications: A Master’s degree plus a minimum of 18 credit hours in the specific subject matter at the graduate level.
