Job Summary:

The Department of Environmental Science at the University of San Francisco invites applications for a term, non-tenure track, full-time Assistant Professor position to begin August 2017. The position is for one academic year.

The Department of Environmental Science supports two undergraduate degree programs and one professional master's degree program. The department grants the following degrees: a B.S. in Environmental Science, a B.A. in Environmental Studies, and a M.S. in Environmental Management, a professional degree for working students, primarily consultants and agency staff.

Minimum Qualifications: include a Ph.D. in Environmental Science or closely related field earned by August 2017. A strong record of teaching at the university level and an understanding of and commitment to support the mission of the University of San Francisco are required.
