Responsibilities involve coordinating on-campus recruiting for students and employers as it relates to the Cooperative Education process. Responsibilities include: Responsibilities includes: management of employer and student records, coordination of all on-campus interview and employer recruitment activities including presentations, workshops, panels, expo's etc. Support engagement activities with alumni including networking lunches and panel presentations. Interface with undergraduate students providing guidance on employment opportunities, application process and student interview schedules.
Provide outreach to external employers who will recruit students from the DMSB Co-op Program. These services include coordinating student interviews with employers, managing in-house employer database and in-house campus interview scheduling system, job postings, maintaining historical archives of employer activity and under the direction of Team Leaders, implementing recruiting marketing initiatives with employers. Interfaces with DMSB undergraduate students providing guidance on applications process, employer needs and scheduling and logistics of interview dates, employer events and student interview schedules. Maintains data integrity of employer database. Send periodic survey information to employers and students
Assist with e-mails, phone calls, walk-ins and mailings for students, employers, co-op coordinators and other co-op correspondence. Manage on-line library of Reflection Brochures.
Candidates must demonstrate a strong customer focus, project management and problem-solving skills; the ability to work well with many different people; the ability to oversee multiple tasks with attention to detail; a motivated/enthusiastic work style; and the ability to work in a fast paced environment with a broad range of internal and external constituents. Successful candidates will have strong technical skills, written and oral communication skills, a familiarity with web-based recruiting software, Microsoft Office applications (especially Excel and Word), and online resources are required. BS. with 2-4 years relevant experience.
