The Restaurant Manager will report directly to the Director of Operations and General Manager. Responsibilities will include the primary focus of supervising the FOH staff, in addition to the overall management of day-to-day operations of the restaurant.
Qualified applicants must be well versed in food, wine, cocktails, and service standards as the Restaurant Manager will be directly involved with ongoing training of the FOH staff in all these areas. This is a hands on position that requires at least 3 years of fine dining restaurant experience, and at least 1 year of previous restaurant management experience. Full availability is required. There are opportunities for growth available for individuals with passion, talent, and drive.
