Job Summary The Assistant Director is responsible for off-the-field activities of student athletes, including but not limited to providing advice and counsel related to life skills, academic success, personal development, and community involvement; assist with Leadership Council; serve as liaison to high school coaches and GHSA; provide leadership and support for the Mentor Program, PO Network, Letterman Relations, and other programs related to student-athlete wellness. Additionally, the Assistant Director will coordinate meetings with the academic and football staff. The incumbent will also aid the football coaching staff in on campus recruiting, including but not limited to providing tours, producing and conducting presentations and enhancing the relationship building process between coaches and their guests. The Assistant Director is also responsible for providing occasional on-campus transportation to student athletes as needed. Minimum Qualifications Bachelors degree required
