As a Client Director with Lendacy, you should be well-organized and aggressively committed to creating productive, long-lasting relationships with high net worth individuals in various industries. We're looking for qualified applicants who possess superior sales and credit expertise with deep knowledge in key areas such as: residential and commercial real estate lending; private equity structures; equity, options and derivatives markets; accounting and taxation.
• Prospect and generate new business through networking events, personal contacts, referral partners, cold-calls and leads.
• Connect emotionally to prospects while facilitating a Lendacy solution that addresses their unique capital concerns.
• Participate in events designed to promote brand awareness and educate consumers.
• Sustain rapport with established accounts by making periodic visits; exploring specific needs; anticipating new opportunities.
• Analyze applicants' financial status, and worthiness to determine feasibility of granting credit.
• Communicate the various solutions and credit options that are available, as well as the terms of those services.
• Prepare quotes, process applications and deliver effective presentations in order to close sales.
• Provide world-class customer service - treating every prospect with dignity and respect.
• Review monthly statements and promptly respond to client concerns/questions.
• Continually improve knowledge in any related field such as; lending, finance, compliance, sales, marketing, etc.
