Physician - University Of Miami Student Health Service

Work Location: Coral Gables Campus

Provide primary care to students at the Coral Gables campus, Student Health Service. Serve as a consultant and supervising physician to the other Health Service professional staff members, including Nurse Practitioners. Participate in ongoing quality
improvement programs and participate in campus outreach programs, including teaching and counseling individuals and groups on all matters relating to staff as needed during weekly meetings and other interactions.

Requirements:
• Medical Degree.
• Valid State of Florida Medical License.
• Board Certified/Eligible in a primary care specialty; and successful completion of an approved internship and residency program.
• Two years of primary care work related experience, preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to work with young adults and mid-level providers and interest/experience in health prevention, education, and outreach programs, required.

• Primary Care experience, including office gynecology and orthopedics.
