The Stanford Technology Ventures Program (stvp.stanford.edu) is the entrepreneurship center of Stanford Engineering, in the department of Management Science & Engineering. With a startup-like culture, STVP is a lab that creates research and innovative entrepreneurship education opportunities for Stanford students. Our work includes the delivery of affiliated courses, scholarly research, fellowships, and extracurricular programs, along with accelerating entrepreneurship and innovation education around the world through faculty development programs, industry collaborations, and content creation on our Stanford eCorner platform.
Reporting to STVP's Director of Editorial and Marketing, the Production Project Specialist will support the high-pace production and distribution of quality content for Stanford eCorner. STVP's popular media site, Stanford eCorner, engages entrepreneurs and educators at Stanford and around the world with content that delivers practical knowledge, evocative personal perspectives and experiments. The Production Project Specialist will manage freelance work by producing story briefs, organizing production schedules and booking talent. This role will be responsible for managing content updates to eCorner platforms including YouTube, SoundCloud, iTunes, and the eCorner site. The Production Project Specialist will also be responsible for promoting eCorner content to stakeholders, influencers and partners. The ideal candidate for this role is a highly organized project manager, an energetic concept pitcher able to energize teams and influencers about content ideas, a strong content manager familiar with back-end content updates, an adaptable and collaborative colleague and, of course, a passionate advocate for STVP's mission to develop the entrepreneurial mindset in organizations and individuals around the world.
Manage activities of assigned projects from project initiation through completion with limited guidance; coordinate all technical activities on assigned projects. Work is typically comprised of 30% time contribution towards project leadership and 70% as a technical contributor.

Education & Experience: Bachelor's degree in a related field and two years relevant experience or a combination of education and relevant experience.
