Job description

Duties: This position is a senior researcher conducting collaborative and independent research involving neurophysiology and behavioral studies non-human primates. The primary responsibilities are, in conjunction with the Principle Investigator, to design, conduct, and analyze studies of hearing and vocal communication. Other responsibilities include participating in lab journal clubs and educational activities, assisting in manuscript and grant preparation, and supervising trainees and technicians. Applicants must have strong experience in neurophysiologic recording, animal behavior, data analysis and working with non-human primates.

Qualifications: Highly advanced professional discipline. PhD or equivalent doctoral degree and 5 years to 7 years of experience required.
