Job description

Duties: Psych Tech needed to work on a study of the genetics of autism spectrum disorder (ASD).

Duties will include submission of IRB protocol; recruitment of individuals with ASD and their family members; administration of questionnaires for phenotyping; entry of data into a database; graphing and analysis of data; regularly attend lab and research team meetings.

Position is contingent on continued funding

Qualifications: A Bachelor's Degree with a major in the Biological Basis of Behavior, or related fields, and 0-1 year of experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience, are required.
Experience carrying out behavioral phenotyping of autism-related traits in both adults and children is preferred.

Must pass Pennsylvania's Child Protective Services Act (also known as Act 73) background checks within 30-90 days of employment.
