ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT A
Duties: The primary function of this position will be to provide administrative assistance to the Medication Development Center of Excellence U54. S/he will organize, scan and print all financial reports to Principal Investigators for review by the Manager of Finance and Administration; assist with sub awards -setting up, monitoring actives, expenses and maintaining excel spreadsheets; using Ben Financial systems to monitor expenses and update Center Investigators; work with PI's on updating bio-sketches and other support for yearly reports for Dr. Kampman's U54 Center grant and funding changes as they occur, implement and carry out special projects.
Position is contingent on continued funding.
Qualifications: A high school degree or GED, is required and 1-2 years of experience in research, or equivalent combination of education and experience, is required. Bachelor's degree is preferred. The ideal candidate will be highly motivated and detailed oriented with excellent organizational, interpersonal, and strong communication skills; experience managing data; and demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks in a timely fashion.
