Duties: The Financial Administrative Coordinator provides support for Divisional purchasing, accounts payable, travel and expense management activity, execute journal entries in BEN Financials, record and process cash receipts, process ProCard requests, weekly time sheet and payroll processing, and act as a Petty Cash Custodian. The individual works collaboratively with the Grants Manager on monthly grant reporting, expense reconciliation and to ensure grant salary distributions are correct. The position reports directly to the Divisional Manager of Administration and Finance to ensure that Department and University business policies and procedures are maintained and implemented appropriately.

Qualifications: A High School Diploma or GED and 5 years to 7 years of experience or equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
