Posting Summary:
The Darden School of Business has an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated professional to join its Behavioral Research at Darden (BRAD) Lab team.

The BRAD Lab Coordinator will assist the Lab Director in managing the lab facilities including supporting faculty in conducting studies, executing the marketing plan, maintaining the resources associated with the lab e.g. equipment, space, data bases, website, data bases associated with the lab, plus coordinate special seminars associated with the lab.

This position requires weekend and evening work.

Major responsibilities include:

Support faculty in running experiments onsite, offsite and online.
Schedule space and equipment for studies.
Supervise student research assistants who staff individual studies.
Assure faculty have an appropriate pool of subjects that meets the needs of their study by training and assisting researchers to use SONA (subject pool website).
Monitor execution of studies to troubleshoot any issues that arise.
Maintain and update the website for both researchers and prospective subjects.
Coordinate maintenance and updates of equipment, software and lab space.
Manage the participant pool website.
Track expenses and maintain financial records for the lab.
Develop and maintain database to track research activity and prepare reports that track the impact of the lab on faculty research productivity.
Execute the lab marketing plan to increase the pool of study. participants both from within UVA and the external community.
Coordinate seminars and other special events sponsored by the Lab.
