The Degree Audit and Transfer Coordinator oversees the functional maintenance of the degree audit system and the transfer evaluation processes for the College of Professional Studies. The Degree Audit and Transfer Coordinator supports the Registrar Operations unit of the College by ensuring the accuracy and integrity of the academic program requirements stored in the degree audit system. The Coordinator is responsible for managing the implementation of new program requirements and updating of current program requirements that are impacted by the College's program change process. The Coordinator collaborates with the internal Information Technology unit to test and implement system enhancements and system upgrades associated with the Degree Works degree audit tool. In addition, this position is responsible for the implementation and maintenance of the transfer equivalency system that is utilized by prospective students to gauge how the College would accept potential transfer credit.

In addition to maintenance of the degree audit system, the Degree Audit and Transfer Coordinator conducts the ongoing evaluation of student transcripts and the issuance of transfer credit. Through collaboration with the admissions, academic, and advising units within the College, the Coordinator reviews student transcripts, evaluates course content of previously completed coursework, and awards relevant College transfer coursework. The Coordinator is responsible for processing updates to existing transfer awards and providing students with their transfer credit award letters.


Must have a minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree.
Preferably 2-3 years of experience in higher education, including knowledge and experience in the area of transfer articulation and degree audit systems.
Excellent organizational, planning, analytical and technical skills.
Must be proficient in Microsoft Office.
Analytical skills and attention to detail required.
Excellent written and interpersonal communication required, as well as demonstrated customer service skills.
Ability to work independently, prioritize multiple projects and requests, and work in a fast-paced environment.
