Senior Practice Partner
Learning and Organization Development

LMS Administration
  • Implement senior management strategy for the LMS with functional areas
  • Perform higher-level administrative LMS functions such as importing data and assigning training using rules
  • Performing usability testing
  • Training functional-area administrators and instructors
  • Representing the learner and user base with IT
  • Research, test, and provide training on the functionality of the system
  • Provide troubleshooting and support for the common users through the help desk
  • Manage communication to the common user audience
  • Report on the information included in the LMS database
  • Test vendor-provided content
  • Recommend improvements that would benefit service and customers

Instructional Design
  • Establish best practices for online design and course development
  • Manage instructional design projects from request to roll-out
  • Design, develop, and create engaging online and classroom training using an ADDIE process
  • Evaluate the impact of training beyond level 1
  • Ability to use multiple authoring tools and related software programs such as Articulate Storyline, Camtasia, and Captivate.
  • Consults with Learning & Organization Development team for deployment of online Offerings
  • Apply Adult Learning Methodologies and principles to all course creation

Training Delivery
  • Deliver the New Staff Orientation program
  • Delivery of Project Management course


Coordination
  • Work with internal subject matter experts to map out, develop and implement a user learning experience that is meaningful, impactful, and keeps up with technology trends
  • Effectively manage stakeholders, projects, resources, outside vendors, and consultants.
  • Entering courses, adding materials to courses in the LMS, providing rosters, and reconciling rosters for L&OD business partners in the LMS

Minimum Qualifications

Education

Master's Degree in Business, Learning Design, Adult Education, Training/Organization Development, CPLP (Certified Professional in Learning and Performance), or related field

Experience
  • 8-10 years of experience in adult education to include any combination of facilitating, design and development.
  • Experience in instructional design of learning solutions, training, and skill development programs.
  • Experience working with a Learning Management System (LMS).
  • Demonstrated success in developing and delivering proven effective training and development programs.


Minimum Qualifications
  • Practical experience with eLearning instructional design
  • Outstanding communication, presentation, and facilitation skills
  • Ability to research, analyze information and form recommendations
  • Ability to effectively work independently and within a strong team dynamic
  • Effective
