Job Summary Provide technical assistance to UGA Food Science Extension Specialists in working with Georgia food processors to meet regulations of the Georgia Department of Agriculture, U.S. Food and Drug Administration and U.S. Department of Agriculture, to produce safe food products. Requires travel to work independently on-site with small to medium-sized food processors, to train personnel or to develop more effective methods of processing. Minimum Qualifications Completion of a master's degree with 2 years of related experience; OR completion of a bachelor's degree and 4 years of related experience.
