Unit Job Summary: Role We are looking for an entry-level system analyst to implement and improve our IT systems. This person will analyze system requirements and address any relevant problems. The system analyst will also perform standard testing and provide solutions to ensure high levels of performance and security. As a system analyst, you will be joining a team of engineers and developers who are passionate about new IT systems, software development and different programming languages. If you are also interested in discovering and implementing new features, we would like to meet you. Ultimately, this person should be able to translate our internal and external clients' needs into new high quality IT systems. Primary Responsibility - Work with IT Specialist to configure new customers. - Work with customers to understand and resolve any issues with IT related problems. - Assist customers with identifying, analyzing and resolving application issues. - Support field personnel with setup and changes. - Identify and document relevant processes and procedures. - Monitor security logs and report back to the IT Manager. - Create and maintain documentation for new products and features. - Performs other duties as assigned.

Unit Education: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field or equivalent experience required.

Unit Experience: Minimal experience with Linux and Windows Environment required Minimal experience with Desktop support. Familiarity with Security Monitoring.
