Job Description

Plan, implement & monitor residential habilitation and in home respite services to approximately 60 individuals. Direct on-site supervision of services and staff via home visits. Maintain contact with service coordinator and families.

B.A. or B.S. degree in a related field, such as human services, psychology, early childhood education, etc. plus 1-2 years of experience in MR/DD services. Supervisory experience preferred, and requires excellent assessment, organizational and communication ability as strong interpersonal skills. NYS Driver License in good standing for past 3 years is necessary.
