Medicine-Rheumatology and Immunology

Research Assistant or Analyst I Responsibilities:
  • Establishing mouse neuroprojenitor cell culture; infection of NPC culture with virus and immunouorescence staining; immunouorescent microscopy.
  • Other mammalian cell culture such primary bone marrow derived macrophage or dendritic cell culture, primary mouse T cell culture.
  • Flow cytometry analysis of cell surface marker expression, familiar with principles of ow cytometry.
  • Mouse work, regular colony maintenance such as weaning, tail clipping and genotyping. i.p.; i.v; intradermal injection of mice.

Schedule:
this is a regular schedule position, but the person needs to be available for exible hours when needed.

Education, skills and experiences requirements:
Bachelor's degree in biology or other directly related scientic eld. For research assistants no previous experience is needed. For research analyst I, minimum one year relevant research experiences is needed.

Preferred Experiences and Skills:
People with previous experiences on surgery of small animals
