OSM (Order Service Management) Consultant
- Oracle provisioning experience
- OSM development experience
- Ability to resolve issues by analyzing log files and reviewing solution cartridges - stuck orders, stuck amendments, XQuery errors etc and identify root cause/recommend solutions.
- Candidate should know OSM best practices and provide oversight to Customer resources.
- Candidate should have provisioning experience in supporting and using tools like sigma and/or OSM
- Work with telecom providers to get quotes and order new voice and data circuits
- Keep track of and coordinate contract renewals for global telecom services
- Work alongside Professional Services team in new implementations
- Document service request changes an processes
