<p><strong>POSITION OVERVIEW:</strong></p> <p>This position will manage all ACH, Gift Intent and recurring credit card gifts received by the College. The incumbent will administer the processing and receipting of all charitable gifts and ensures that all contributions are documented correctly and meet IRS rules, CASE standards and the guidelines established by the College. Provide assistance with the management, administration, and utilization of the Institutional Advancement module of the Banner database.&nbsp; He/she will be a super-user of Banner, Access, Crystal Reports and other reporting tools. This position will provide data that is critical to reaching fundraising goals. He/she will develop, document and implement policies and procedures to facilitate the collection, data entry of data and ensure the accuracy and integrity of the database.&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Essential Duties and Responsibilities:</strong></p> <p><strong>MANAGE ALL ACH, GIFT INTENT AND RECURRING CREDIT CARD GIFTS</strong></p> <p>Be knowledgeable of and adhere to IRS rules, CASE standards and institutional guidelines in the processing of all charitable contributions and pledges. Accurately process and enter all ACH recurring gifts, Gift Intent forms (one-time and multi-year) and recurring credit card gifts into Banner. Troubleshoot and resolve gift discrepancies and communicate with donor(s) if necessary. Prepare and mail accurate calendar year tax letters. Work with Donor Services Specialist to validate all gift batches. Feed all approved batches to Business and Financial Affairs Office.</p> <p><strong>MANAGE REPORTS AND LISTS GENERATION </strong></p> <p>Create, maintain and refresh a wide range of standard reports and other report requests from IA staff and other divisions on campus. Provide email, class rosters, phone and mailing lists for all Institutional Advancement publications, departmental mailings, Seminole events, fundraising appeals, and e-solicitations. Run and distribute weekly fundraising reports. Generate, review, print, and mail pledge reminder letters based on payment schedules. Provide backup support to the Data Analyst/Programmer with ad-hoc and customized report requests. Assist with pulling and reviewing data for the annual honor roll of donors and collaborate with the appropriate staff to ensure accuracy of the honor roll. Maintain up-to-date documentation of policies and procedures relevant to the execution of the position’s duties and responsibilities.&nbsp;</p> <p>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:</strong></p> <p>Bachelors degree and three or more years of professional experience with database management and reporting tools experience required or an equivalent combination of education and/or experience is required. Experience with Banner, Access, Crystal Reports and using fundraising software strongly preferred. Prior experience with fundraising databases and gift entry preferred.&nbsp;&nbsp;</p>
