ANTICIPATED SALARY RANGE: Commensurate with experience within State guidelines
HOURS: Flexible: Day, Evening, and Weekends
CAMPUS: Willingness to teach at Barton, Brashier, Benson, Northwest and Off-Campus Sites
In this challenging role, you will support the Transitional Studies English Department at Greenville Technical College. Duties may include any or all of the following:
-Teach Transitional English courses
-Prepare lectures - syllabi - tests
-Grade - assess student work
-Develop/implement new classroom strategies
-Consult with students
-Advise on academic progress
-Perform other duties as assigned

Bachelor's degree in English.
One year teaching experience in post-secondary education. Able to work with colleagues - transitional students and to convey knowledge in a form that students can understand. Adaptable to students’ needs, to different teaching situations, and be able to motivate students. Able to work in teams and independently.
