Construction Assistant Project Manager
Mid Atlantic Construction Group is seeking assistant project managers with the ability to manage the cradle-to-grave aspects of the entire life-cycle of commercial TI projects and/or to support the project management process for larger projects. The assistant project manager position requires a self-starter with the ability to create, update and maintain a variety of project controls that track the status of project, plan coordination and documentation to trades and the field, quality control, schedule development and updating, safety, submittal review, RFI, changes orders/cost tracking, and related activities. A minimum of 3 - 5 years of experience in commercial construction is a must. Strong communication skills, a willingness to learn and drive are critical in a fast pace environment. Some travel will be required to meet the needs of the project. Compensation commensurate with experience. EOE.
