Job Description

3.2.4.1. Responsibilities
3.2.4.1.1. Gather requirements, develop specifications, and functional design documents
3.2.4.1.2. Conduct Fit Gap analyses
3.2.4.1.3. Lead business improvement efforts; develop as-is business process and to-be business processes based on best practices in Transit Asset and Materials Asset Management
3.2.4.1.4. Develop report and integration specifications to support to be business processes
3.2.4.1.5. Develop test plans, test scenarios, and test scripts
3.2.4.1.6. Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) efforts
3.2.4.1.7. Develop training plans, and training material
3.2.4.1.8. Conduct training
3.2.4.1.9. Provide Maximo support for issue resolution

3.2.4.2. Minimum Requirements
3.2.4.2.1. Comprehensive knowledge and experience with Maximo Application Modules and business processes including Work Management, Preventive Maintenance, Materials Management, Service Management, Asset Management, Purchasing, Contract Management, KPI, and Workflow
3.2.4.2.2. Maximo 7.5 certification required
3.2.4.2.3. Experience with Maximo Transportation and Maximo Asset Configuration Management
3.2.4.2.4. Experience with Transit Specific Assets Management processes - Assets include, Bus, Rail, Communications, Facilities, Service Vehicles, Communication Equipment, Bus Stops, etc.
3.2.4.2.5. Experience with Materials Management Processes
3.2.4.2.6. Experience with Maximo warranty processes
3.2.4.2.7. Experience with maintenance processes in multiple transit agencies
3.2.4.2.8. Experience managing large projects
3.2.4.2.9. At least ten (10) years of progressively responsible diversified technical experience with complex information systems and data processing management in a large organization

3.2.4.3. Preferred Requirements
3.2.4.3.1. Experience with PeopleSoft ERP System
