The Program Data Management Specialist is responsible for training staff, preparing and submitting all course documents required for state reporting to ensure compliance. The Program Data Management Specialist is also responsible for managing CC-10 submissions essential for course approval and FTE generations and prepares and submits the CC-3 to the Maryland Higher Education commission (MHEC) annually.

Salary Range: $46,084-57,605

Required Qualifications:

A Bachelor's degree.

Minimum of five years of experience using relational databases and with a background in analysis and report development.

Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft applications, including Word, Excel and Access.
Demonstrated experience in ensuring data integrity.

Excellent written, oral and interpersonal communication skills required. Experience in writing and proofing information.

Demonstrated experience in a fast-paced environment requiring decision-making and flexibility.

Ability to deal effectively and in partnership with diverse groups and backgrounds including students, faculty, administrators, staff, the educational community, and the public.

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, attention to detail and meeting deadlines.
Ability to work a flexible 40 hours weekly schedule when necessary.



Preferred Qualifications:

Ability to interact with a variety of faculty, staff and students from diverse backgrounds.

Experience with college enrollment databases or comparable higher education relational information systems highly desirable; experience with Ellucian Colleague system preferred.



Hours per Week: 40

Work Schedule: M - F 8:30 am - 4:30 pm
