Duties: This position works in concert with the program director to manage administrative tasks, plan, coordinate, and execute programming and special events, and serve as frequent first point of contact for students, prospective students, staff, faculty, and Advisory Board members and other outside VIP guests associated with the program. Accordingly, it entails providing excellent customer service, knowledge and use of the University's business procedures and systems, technical support and website maintenance and development, and some management of
programming. It also involves providing support to the LSM Fellow responsible for teaching the year-long LSM Capstone course.

Qualifications: A High School Diploma or GED and 5 years to 7 years of experience or equivalent combination of education and experience is required. Bachelor's degree preferred. Experience working with college-age
students highly desired. Excellent communication, organizational, and
interpersonal skills are essential. Detail-oriented and thorough in the preparation of written documents and demonstrated ability to meet project deadlines. Must be comfortable juggling multiple duties simultaneously, and possess strong PC skills using Microsoft Office suite software. Experience using web development software, and familiarity with Penn business/purchasing procedures are also highly desired. Must have event planning experience.
