Duties: The Public Policy Initiative Administrative Coordinator provides high level support for a team of 15+, interacting with the team creating a large-scale economic/financial model. The incumbent reports directly to the Faculty Director and is responsible for the website content on the Production and Staging sites (using Squarespace and WordPress), all Human Resource responsibilities for staff, students, and temps, and all Financial duties related to the budget, expenses and payroll. The Administrative Coordinator serves as the point-of-contact and coordinator for all current PPI staff with regards to policy questions, visa updates, reimbursements, payroll, on-boarding, time-off requests, and performance appraisal and merit increase requests. Furthermore, the incumbent will coordinate travel for external and internal contacts in addition to organizing luncheons and events in conjunction with our external PR Firm, Wharton Marketing and Communications and PPI funders. Duties referenced may be required to be performed while working under a tight deadline.

Qualifications: * A High School Diploma or GED and 5 years to 7 years of experience or equivalent combination of education and experience is required; bachelors degree preferred
* Basic knowledge of Squarespace/Wordpress and good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word
* Willingness to learn elementary HTML, bootstrap CSS, and Javascript
* Previous work with data sets ideal, especially related to economics
* Excellent communication skills
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
* Willingness to relocate to Philadelphia
