The College of Business Graduate Programs Office supports over 500 students in 15 different MBA and MS programs, including recruitment, admission, academic counseling and graduation. The objective of our Master's Program in the College of Business is to provide our graduates with the skills and knowledge that are indispensable for business and leadership positions in organizations of the 21st century. As an AACSB Accredited Business School, the College of Business at UNT offers some of the country's finest graduate programs with a wide range of concentrations.

Job Description
The Business-Dean's Off Department at the University of North Texas is seeking to hire a Director of Graduate Recruitment and Corporate Outreach to join our team who has the ability to attract high potential talent from the DFW Marketplace, profit and not for profit sectors, to participate in the UNT College of Business Graduate Programs.

The Director of Graduate Recruitment and Corporate Outreach will:
* Be charged with reestablishing and invigorating the MBA/MS recruitment initiatives and to move the College of Business MBA/MS programs towards new innovations regarding the recruitment of students.
* Establish executive level relationships with industry leadership to grow advanced training opportunities for potential students
* Market the UNT MBA/MS as a "brand" with the goal of generating enrollment opportunities for the college.
* Develop, manage, participate in and attend events regarding the recruitment of high-visibility MBA and MS students.

Minimum Qualifications
The successful candidate will possess a Bachelor's Degree in related field and six years of closely related professional experience.

Preferred Qualifications
The preferred candidate will possess the following additional qualifications:

* MBA/MS in business highly preferred.
* Knowledge of program related state and federal laws and regulations.
* Strong problem solver and critical thinker.
* Excellent analytical, organizational, and time management skills.
* Ability to manage competing demands, accept criticism and feedback, while being extremely adaptable and flexible.
* Excellent project manager, writer, and oral communicator. *Ability to present new concepts to leadership and related communities.
* Ability to travel as required.
* Ability to quickly learn systems, processes, and procedures.
