Summary of Job Duties

This position will serve as the Assistant MBA Director and will report to the MBA faculty director. The job duties include curriculum support, monitoring, and reporting student performance, supporting MBA student organizations, experiential learning outcomes (especially global) and internships, support of MBA strategic initiatives, stakeholder management, and support in recruitment and orientation activities

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution of higher education
  • At least one year of experience in managing students
  • At least two years of directly related experience

Preferred Qualifications
  • Master's degree from an accredited institution of higher education; MBA would be especially preferred
  • At least one year experience of working with business faculty
  • Experience dealing with corporate managers, recruiters, and business leaders
  • Exposure to global issues and global experience


Knowledge, Skills and Abilities (KSAs)
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills required
  • Demonstrated presentation skills (may be asked to present as part of interview process)
  • Basic skills in Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Ability to work evenings and weekends
