Summary of Job Duties

The Coordinator for Building Services is responsible for the supervision of custodial staff in residential facilities, including Greek Houses and apartments. Conducts training for all Building Services staff. Responsible for documenting staff performance. Knowledgeable in custodial cleaning standards, techniques, equipment, and products. Responsible for inventory and ordering of supplies. Works closely with internal and external associates.

Regular, reliable, and non-disruptive attendance is an essential job function of this job, as is the ability to create and maintain collegial, harmonious working relationships with others.

  • The formal education equivalent of a high school diploma
  • At least four years of experience in housekeeping, custodial maintenance, or related area, including two years in a supervisory capacity
