Summary of Job Duties

This position will serve as the primary undergraduate recruiter for the Sam M. Walton College of Business. This will include in state and out of state recruiting events; hosting students and families during on campus visits; regularly correspond with prospective students, family members, and high school counselors; develop, implement, and maintain student databases; assist supervisor with marketing plans; and perform other related duties as assigned.

Regular, reliable, and non-disruptive attendance is an essential job duty, as is the ability to create and maintain collegial, harmonious working relationships with others.

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution of higher education
  • At least one year of experience as a college recruiter
