Summary of Job Duties
The Administrative Specialist II is responsible for researching and preparing special reports, examining and verifying documents, and performing general office duties. Some duties include being a primary contact person for daily functions of the Student Records Office, analyze semester DSX audit report and coordinate the removal and update of all student DSX access, and perform other general office duties.
Regular, reliable, and non-disruptive attendance is an essential job duty, as is the ability to create and maintain collegial, harmonious working relationships with others.

- The formal education equivalent of a high school diploma
- At least two years of experience in a specialized or related area applicable to work performed
