Summary of Job Duties
The Administrative Specialist II is responsible for coordinating daily communication processes, including printing, packaging and direct mailing of admission materials. This position will also manage postal operations and maintain inventory. Other duties as assigned.
Regular, reliable, and non-disruptive attendance is an essential job duty, as is the ability to create and maintain collegial, harmonious working relationships with others.

- The formal education equivalent of a high school diploma
- At least two years of experience in a specialized or related area applicable to work performed

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities (KSAs)
- Knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
