Job Description
  1. Knowledge of Japanese Language both written and verbal
  2. Familiarity with MS Office, Word, Excel, Power Point and Access, both English and Japanese version
  3. Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
  4. Good organization and problem solving skills
  5. Translator/Interpreter: 2 years
  6. Required Education- Bachelor's

Job Description:
  1. Translate a variety of written / verbal communications from Japanese to English and English to Japanese
  2. Any administrative support to Human Resource Department and Executives
  3. Assist with ISO 9001: 2000 training, along with training and implementation of Japanese associates
  4. Adhere to all company policies and procedures and assist Japanese with training and understanding
  5. Assist with travel arrangements for Japanese Management
  6. Assist with documentation for Japanese on assignment in the US
  7. Assist with housing and family related needs, i.e. school, training classes and all family related business meetings
  8. Any other duties assigned by supervisor

Environment: Front Office staff may have to manage a number of projects at one time, and may be interrupted frequently to meet the needs and requests of residents, clients and contractors. The Administration Officer may find the environment to be busy, noisy and will need excellent organizational and time and stress management skills to complete the required tasks. Physical: Front Office staff will have to spend long hours sitting and using office equipment and computers, which can cause muscle strain. They may also have to do some light lifting of supplies and materials from time to time.
