The Brand Manager will work directly with multiple Beauty Brands which our company represents. He or she will be responsible for updating, maintaining and overseeing all of the Brands content on our preferred selling platform and making sure the the information is entered on time, correctly and with the most up to date information. The Brand Manager will work directly with the Brands they are in charge of and be required to build a good rapport with their point of contact. Once they have been given their point of contact, it will be the Brand Manager's responsibility to get all required information needed to complete the given tasks the Brand is requiring from us using their point of contact to do so. The Brand Manager will have a direct supervisor to report to who will assist in implementing these tasks if needed and/or until the Brand Manager is comfortable enough to do so on their own.
A Brand Manager's responsibilities will include:
- Product listing development & design
- Product listing monitoring
- Data Entry
- Troubleshooting problems that arise
- Maintain a healthy/positive Brand relationship
Knowledge and Skills Required:
A Brand Manager is expected to perform the tasks required of them by the Brand in which they are responsible for. They are to make sure the Brand is represented to their fullest potential with the most up to date content available. Each Brand Manager will be responsible for executing these tasks in a timely professional manner with open communication between management and the Brand themselves every step along the way.
The selected candidate will have:
- Proficient in data entry
- Advance skill set in Microsoft Office (Excel ,Word and Photoshop)
- Good time management skills
- Ability to multi-task
- Good customer relationship skills
- Branding background/knowledge.
- Enthusiastic about the Beauty Industry
- Associates degree and/or ongoing college enrollment
- Experience with graphic design programs would be an asset.
- Customer service background
Base pay begins at $14.00-$16 per hour with the potential for a salaried and/or full-time position after 90 days, depending on experience, qualifications and performance. On top of the hourly wage, opportunities for quarterly bonuses will be based on a performance. Performance goals will be discussed and clear prior to each quarter.
