Restaurant District Manager
We are an established Dunkin' Donuts franchise network engaged in an aggressive expansion program in middleTN. We are looking for a highly motivated District Manager to join our team. Oversees recruiting, management, budget compliance, and overall operations for multi restaurants to ensure excellent customer service, high quality foods, management and staff development, food safety, store cleanliness and maximum profitability. Maintains communications, acts as liaison with Dunkin Donuts corporate personnel, and provides a positive focus on the network culture and values: high quality food, excellent customer service and an inviting atmosphere in the restaurants. Responsible for building a strong team through overseeing hiring, training, and developing of restaurant management;providing clear, consistent direction, and recognizing individual as well as team accomplishments.

• 1-3 years industry experience in a multi unit supervisory role
• PC proficiency
