Reporting to the Director this position has the responsibility of budgeting operating funds, oversee event expenses and manage accounts payable and receivable for CFSB, Lovett Auditorium and Concessions. Oversee the Box Office & Ticket Sales for CFSB & Lovett Events. Manage and coordinate all day to day operation of Concessions.

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree. Minimum two years of experience in the event/public assembly facility industry. Minimum one year cash handling experience. Must be able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities: Overseeing the box office for special events at the CFSB Center and Lovett Auditorium. Reconciliation of ticket revenues to Ticketmaster reports for CFSB Center and Lovett Auditorium. Overseeing the event merchandise at the CFSB Center and Lovett Auditorium.  Prepares event reconciliations so final show settlement can be balanced to banner. Manage the Lovett Calendar in Event Booking. Works with the Events and Conversion Coordinator to quote prices for operational and labor services for events and communicates quotes to the client and Director. Execute Lovett Agreements once an event has been booked. Communicates various events with all internal and external departments to prevent any possible conflicts. Budget preparation and formation. Prepare weekly balance sheets. Reconciliation of e-print and oversight of transactions. Ensure event expenses post to correct org. codes. Reconciliation of P-card transactions. Preparation of accounts payable, accounts receivable and inter-account documents for the CFSB, Lovett and Concessions. Submit all work orders to FM via the AiMs System for Concessions. Serve as department daily contact for all Concession repairs, renovations and construction.  Provide the Director with timely progress reports on projects. Overseeing the day to day operation of concessions stands.  Ensuring concession products are received and stocked according to product storage procedures. Supervise all students, groups and temporary part-time staff for Concessions and ensure all Concession and University policies and procedures are followed. Preparation of cash, check and credit card deposits for CFSB, Lovett and Concession events. Preparation of management reports (CFSB prepares reports for Accounting for the 990T return). Responsible for ordering concession stand products. Responsible for the delivery of cash and cashiers to the stands and overseeing the POS System. Preparation of final concession settlement after each event. Oversees and maintains the change fund issued to the CFSB Center for concessions and special events. Serves as the backup to the Director.
