Job Summary:

Under general supervision, this position will provide supervision of catered events such as breakfasts, luncheons, dinners and bar service for The Wisconsin Union Catering units. This position will be primarily at Union South, with an 800 person seated ballroom, but can include Memorial Union, Grainger hall and various on and off campus catering sites, with both indoor and outdoor venues. Provide guidance and direction to part-time catering employees.



Schedule Comment:

The work schedule will vary, to include days, nights, weekends and holidays as needed. Schedule dependent on business needs.
