Under the general supervision, this position will function and serve as a lead worker of food preparation work, including the production and serving of food; supply and distribution of food and supplies to service areas; and cleaning of assigned work areas. The position will oversee, direct and coordinate the work of part time staff.
Schedule will vary based on operational needs.
Sample Schedule would be: Wed-Sun 3pm-11pm
