Project Manager - Audio Video Systems Installation and Integration

We are currently looking for a Project Managers who has working experience and knowledge in the field.
The following are the requirements for this position:
Great Leadership and organizational skills
Must have great communication skills
Highly proficient in PC skills
Must be able to run projects involving AV Systems Integration, Large scale audio installation, Digital AV distribution and control systems. Crestron, AMX and Extron savvy.
Perform site surveys
Meet with clients on an on-going basis
Run multiple projects
Oversee projects and assure all aspects of projects are running as planned. This includes timeline, accuracy of installation, effective use of crew, accuracy of materials being used.
Must have a high level of knowledge and experience with installation of pre-wired AV racks, wiring speakers to amplifiers, wiring from projectors and electric screens, AV rack finish dressing, AV cabling, equipment interconnection and basic operations for testing.
Must be able to read and understand construction and architectural drawings.
Must be willing to learn new methods and standards to operating procedures that are specific to this company.
Must be proficient with the following systems: Crestron Digital Media, AMX Enova, and Extron XTP.
CTS certification is a plus.
