Property Manager for Condo / HOA's (Portfolio Manager)
A Property Management firm is seeking a highly motivated and organized property manager for a portfolio of condominium properties throughout Hudson county NJ. Individual must have 10 plus years experience in building transition, personnel management, project management, good knowledge of construction, and must have excellent written and verbal communications skills.
The individual must be proficient in MS Office and various other technology. The Individual must be able to work with various personalities on condo boards. Individual must live within 30 minutes of Hudson County.
The above is a minimum criteria to be considered.
