The University of Illinois' Illinois seeks applicants for Senior Sourcing and Contract Coordinator - Business/Administrative Associate (BAA) to lead and participate in special projects/initiatives representing a University of Illinois Strategic Procurement department and serves as a subject matter expert and mentor for other procurement professionals. This position also oversees complex contract negotiations, prepares complex procurement solicitations (RFP/IFB's) and contracts, and develops and delivers training and presentations regarding procurement and contracting topics.

Minimum Qualifications (with Specialty Factor):
1. Bachelor's degree in business administration, public administration, or related field.
2. Four years of professional-level experience in procurement, contract negotiations, or similar work experience, one year of which was at an administrative level.
Additional Preferred Qualifications:
1. Master's degree in business administration, public administration or related field.
2. Completion of professional certification including Certified Professional Purchasing Buyer (CPPB), or Certified Public Purchasing Officer (CPPO), or similar designation.
3. Knowledge of the Illinois Procurement Code and University procedures related to contracting and procurement

You will not be required to report in person for this exam.
