Job description

Duties: This newly created position, which will report directly to the Chair of the department, is based in the Chair's laboratory. The primary function of the position will be to undertake experiments focused on the theme of cancer immunology, in particular the impact of myeloid-derived suppressor cells on the tumor microenvironment, including their impact on treatment outcome. The post-holder will also be expected to contribute to the academic environment of the laboratory, including journal clubs and paper reviews, and to be a good 'citizen', contributing to the schedule of communal laboratory tasks. Some evening and weekend hours may be required. Position ends 8/31/18.

Qualifications: A Bachelor's Degree; 0 to 1 year of research experience. Knowledge of BioMedical Sciences and Cancer Immunology.
