Posting Summary:
The Curry School of Education has a new opening for an Online Programs Operations Manager. This newly created position is responsible for the facilitation of online programs in concert with Curry faculty and staff, including course development, budget oversight, and hiring of instructors. The online manager is responsible of creating and implementing outreach, promotion, and marketing for Curry Online Programs.

A master's degree is required, preferably in education, instructional technology, public or business administration, or communications. At least four years of experience in managing on-line programs or equivalent student services is essential. Supervisory experience is required. Demonstrated ability to interact with faculty, students, and program representatives in a highly professional manner, with an understanding of protocol and confidentiality is essential. Knowledge of enrollment management and program outreach and assessment is required. Experience creating and managing budgets and overseeing business operations is highly desirable. Must be proficient in Word, Excel, and Outlook.
