General Summary: The Department of Computer Science and Information Systems at the University of North Georgia is accepting applications for a one-year limited term faculty member beginning Fall Semester 2017. This is a multi-campus non-tenure-track full time position.

Job Duties & Responsibilities:
  • This position requires teaching undergraduate students (5 courses per semester) on multiple campuses, engaging with the university community, and maintaining accreditation standards as either a practitioner or a researcher. The limited term faculty member will be responsible for teaching courses in information systems.

Certifications/Licenses & Minimum Requirements:
  • Minimum requirement is a master's degree in computer science, information systems, or related field with at least 18 hours of graduate level coursework in computer science and/or computer information systems at the time of appointment.
  • College level teaching experience is strongly preferred; demonstrated excellence in teaching is essential.
