Job Description: This position serves as an Assistant Director who will oversee all aspects of the campus visit experience for prospective students and their families. These experiences include daily tours/information sessions, specialized academic unit visitation programs, and those who visit the Admissions Office in person or via email or phone. Develop a comprehensive campus visit program focused on prospective students. Manage the registration process for all on-campus events. Create processes to enhance the campus visit experience. Provide clear pre-visit and post-visit communications with visitors. Collaborate with other offices to improve understanding of experiences that influence prospective students and their families. Collect, analyze and disseminate campus visitor feedback. Recruit, train and supervise Pirate Navigators. Develop, mentor and supervise permanent, student and temporary staff to respond to phone and email inquiries. Propose new initiatives for on-campus recruitment efforts.

Minimum Qualifications: The minimum requirement for this position is graduation from a four-year college or university and one year of related experience.
